ONE ON ONE PERSONAL TRAINING
One on one personal training is a tailored workout to meet your fitness goals and capabilities You will have the option to use the pilates reformer to gain tone, core strength and flexibility, all while keeping the integrity of the joints. You will be designed a progressive fitness program based on your goals that will challenge you safely and effectively.

SMALL GROUP REFORMER CLASS
This workout combines the Pilates reformer with weights and resistance training for a full body workout. You get the best of both worlds as you will tone your body while gaining core strength and flexibility. This workout is for all fitness levels. This class is for a minimum of two people and maximum of four. This allows the trainer to focus on a small group to keep the clients safe and using optimal form. This workout is not only fun you will leave the studio feeling energetic and strong.

BARRE CLASS
Barre class combines the exercises of pilates and ballet for a full body workout. This workout will improve your strength, flexibility and balance through optimal core training and conditioning. We will target the glutes and abdominals while keeping the integrity of the joints through a low impact but high intensity workout. Barre class is designed for all levels.

SMALL GROUP
TRX CLASS
This small group training class is a an upbeat, high energy class, that combines cardio, resistance training and trx training for a full body workout. We will use dumbells, kettlebells and resistance bands to strengthen and tone. With a maximum of four people, the trainer is able to focus on each individual to ensure proper form and optimal muscle activation. You will leave the studio feeling ready to tackle the day.

YOGA CLASS
A vinyasa style class that combines breath work and movement to create a dynamic flow. As you progress through a series of poses, you will challenge your strength and stability while harnessing the mind-body connection. Stretching and restorative poses will build flexibility and open up your body to release tension and stress. Set an intention for the class or come ready to receive whatever energy comes your way. This class is appropriate for all levels, offering modifications and advancements for a collaborative flow.
